Representation in economic and commercial courts

Law Firm UTB has extensive experience in judicial affairs in the Republic of Belarus, including the "building works". UTB lawyers represent the interests of more than a few hundred clients in court, as well as on the stage of judicial execution.

Group practice in working with economic and courts of arbitration shall provide the following legal services :

studying documents and preparing opinions on the issue, indicating the possible ways to solve it;

examination of the legality and propriety of claims and objections to the client;

preparation of claims and letters;

preparation of claims and objections to claims;

representation of clients in commercial courts, the International Arbitration Court at the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce;

participate in extra-judicial settlement of disputes and promote the conclusion of settlement agreements;

drafting petitions and applications;

Preparation of appeal, cassation and supervision complaints;

organization of efficient and rapid execution in force a court decision.

As a rule, we accompany the client from a dispute and ending the execution of a court decision until the transfer of funds exacted on account of our client.
