Under this practice, we work with companies in various fields of business, including software production, industrial production, trade, services.

We prepare the documentation and agreement on the creation and transfer of rights in respect of intellectual property, organize protection of trade secrets from the client company, represents clients in state authorities, including on combating the supply and sale of counterfeit goods, we are working in the interests of the client in negotiations, disputes and adjudication of the court.

The law firm has experience with the residents of High-Tech Park (HTP), organizes the process of becoming a resident of the Park.

On the issues presented, our company has a separate practice group and works closely with patent attorneys and national authorities on intellectual property issues.
