We are working on labor law with regard to economic and business customers. As part of this service, we are preparing all types of employment contracts for directors of legal persons, employees (if necessary we can develop these documents in a foreign language), check the developed contracts for compliance with the law, organize the process of a material liability of the employee, provide assistance and advice in obtaining licenses for activities related to attraction of foreign labor and employment of citizens of the Republic of Belarus abroad, advise on salary and other payments.
