The specified legislative changes are introduced in order to implement paragraph 2 of article 3 hours. 12 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Support of Small and Medium Enterprises." This norm as a measure of property support for small businesses provides for the admission of a few individual entrepreneurs and mikroorganizatsy for auction on the sale of state-owned capital facilities, isolation facilities, outstanding capital structures preserved as a single buyer.
However, the mechanism for implementing such support measures until recently the law was absent. |
