Amends the decree of November 2, 2000 № 577 "On some measures to improve work with personnel in public bodies." The new edition presents declaration form, nominate a candidate for the position or person occupying a position included in the personnel register of the President, or their spouse (wife) and adult close relatives living with them and leading the overall economy, in order to reflect fully This declaration of information about income and assets and its consistency with the provisions of the law. In addition, changes are made in the decree of February 19, 2009 № 105 "On some issues related to individuals declaring income, assets and sources of funds" in the exclusion of the norms that are reflected in the law. Under the current wording of the law abolished the obligation of individuals to submit declarations on sources of funds, and establishes the right only to the tax authorities to claim a personal declaration of income and assets.
