18 February consultative coordination meeting of the business community, it was decided to finalize the draft law "On Support of Small and Medium Enterprises". The subject of the dialogue was the situation in the private sector, the issues of activation of entrepreneurship and small business in implementing the priorities of socio-economic development. Practical Application of the Law on Support of Small and Medium Enterprises "has shown that the instrument is basically a framework, and contains only declarative rules, rather than specific forms and mechanisms. Therefore, in discussing the bill with the participation of government representatives, the profile parliamentary committees, and business organizations, it was decided the urgent finalization of the draft law, the inclusion of rules and regulations providing for safeguards activities and the protection of the rights of small and medium-sized businesses, the limits of legal regulation of business activities concrete measures to stimulate high-quality speakers for small and medium businesses, to improve its industrial structure, development, innovation and investment potential. |
