Frequency of payment of compulsory insurance contributions in Belarus has changed

February 13, President of Belarus signed decree number 64, which amended the provisions concerning the payment of compulsory insurance contributions, contributions to occupational pension insurance and other payments to the Social Welfare Fund, approved by decree of January 16, 2009 № 40.

The decree defines the № 64 for small businesses with an average number of employees up to 15 quarterly payment of compulsory insurance contributions (to date, the premiums they paid each month), and for entrepreneurs quarterly payment of compulsory insurance contributions will be replaced by paying only once a year.

According to the decree also established that private notaries are recipients of pensions and are entitled to receive child care at the age of three are entitled to the same procedure for payment of compulsory insurance contributions, which employers enjoy the same status.
