Size confinement with employers to ensure the timely payment of wages

When calculating the funds to be transferred outside the queue of payments to pay off the arrears of wages, employers should be booked per employee 407 180 Belarusian rubles. This specification applies from 1 February this year.

In accordance with the decree of November 27, 1995 № 483 "On ensuring timely payment of wages with employers on an uncontested basis deducted to pay off arrears of wages corresponding to 1.5 the size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied population, adjusted to between the allegations in the consumer price index.

Government of the Republic of Belarus approved the budget of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied population from February 1 to April 30, 2010 in the amount of 271,450 rubles. Thus, employers from February 1, must book a per employee amount corresponding to 1.5 subsistence budget 407,180 rubles.
