Authorized share capital for limited liability companies, PUE, Inc. and its formation

Authorized capital of commercial organizations identified the "Provisions on state registration of business entities", approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus on January 16, 2009 № 1.
Item 7 of the Regulations provides that commercial organizations, except joint-stock companies independently determine the amount of authorized funds. Thus, the authorized share capital of UE (UE), LLC, SLC determined by the owner (for the UE and PUE) or promoters (for LLC and SLC).
For UAB - the minimum authorized capital is defined amount equivalent to 100 basic units. This authorized share capital is defined in Belarusian rubles based on the size of the base unit is installed on the day on which the statute (the changes and (or) amendments related to changes in the authorized fund) is the registering body.
Paragraph 8 of the Regulations of the State registration of business entities, "provided that at the moment of state registration of the authorized capital of JSC should be formed in an amount not less than the minimum prescribed by law, ie not less than 100 basic units, and other commercial organizations - in the amount stipulated in their charters (Charter - for commercial organizations, which operate only on the basis of the founding treaties).
The only exceptions are enterprises with foreign investment, according to Art. 1987 Investment Code of the Republic of Belarus, they can form a statutory fund of not less than 50 percent during the first year from the date of state registration and in full - until two years from the date of state registration.
Thus, Ltd. UE (UE), LLC, SLC, etc. - Should form the authorized funds to apply for state registration of legal entities.
